Five centuries of Excellence in Brunello district.

Argiano’s history begins with Pecci family, from Siena, who built the splendid Villa and the iconic winery in 1581.

Over the centuries, the winery belonged to different nobles families. In 1992, Argiano was acquired by Countess Noemi Marone Cinzano, who introduced important innovations in the administration field. With her also began the collaboration with world-famous winemaker Giacomo Tachis, who created the Super Toscano Solengo.

There is one word that is often used to describe Argiano’s philosophy: respect. Respect for nature, which has given them a treasure of inestimable value, to which they dedicate every care and attention, with the most effective and modern working methods, while remembering that every technique has to have the least possible impact on the surrounding environment.

Numerous awards and medals prove that respect for nature and its tradition result in wines that faithfully interpret the region.
